Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiting Sourcer to join our team! This hybrid position will require you to be in the office two days a week in Woodland Hills, CA. As a Sourcer, you will be focused on building and maintaining talent pipelines in close collaboration with our recruiters. You'll leverage tools like LinkedIn and HireEZ to identify top candidates, initiate outreach, and schedule interviews to keep our recruiting process flowing smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with recruiters to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, HireEZ, and other recruitment tools.
Conduct outreach to engage candidates and promote open positions.
Schedule interviews and coordinate appointments for recruiters.
Support the recruitment team with various administrative tasks related to candidate engagement, ensuring an efficient hiring process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruiting Sourcer or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Experience working in Technology/SaaS Industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
